Returns and Cancellations
We at Frankly Wearing intend to give you a quality product of your choice. But in case you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 5 days of the delivery via any courier. Please mail us at email@example.com before you return the products to us for us to be able to process your return request.

Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 5 days of delivery.
You can send the product back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address. We do not offer this service at the moment. You will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. Once we receive your products back, we would verify that they are new and unused.
A total money refund can only be availed in case there is a defect in the T-Shirt.

Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 14 working days.
EXCHANGE POLICY FOR BULK ORDERS
Kindly note that the bulk-ordered products shall be highly user-specific and manufactured in an exclusive manner. Thus, any kind of return which may arise can’t be resold/reused by us and hence, there shall be no provision for exchanging products under this category.
In case of a manufacturing defect or a design-based discrepancy, you may return your product within the succeeding 7 days of the receipt of the order.
Domestic orders (within India) would be processed within 2 working days and shipped through a domestic courier company.
Most orders are delivered within 10 days from the date of invoice. However, there may be a delay in delivering to remote areas/villages and other towns as delivery is purely vested with courier companies.
If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders.
Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through email.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Tembyr Networking LLP and its affiliates are committed to delivering the goods to you in time and in good condition. However, Tembyr Networking LLP and its affiliates have limited liability in case of any loss of goods during transit. The carrier will bear any loss in transit only to extent of a limit that may change from time to time.
We reserve the right to release information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or when required to, by order of a Court or authorized administrative agency.
Octroi or entry tax if any should be borne by the customer.
You shall not be able to cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
In case of cancelling prepaid orders, we will email you the details about your refund once we process your cancellation. An amount equal to 2.5% of the order value will be deducted as the Cancellation Charge and the remaining amount will be refunded to you via the mode of payment used for the purchase.
