Returns and Cancellations

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with the size of the product that you have received, you can have it exchanged for a newer size (valid up to 2 products per order). You can initiate the exchange within 5 days of the delivery by sending us back the product(s) via any courier. Please Whatsapp here or mail us at return@franklywearing.com before you return the products to us for us to be able to process your exchange request.

Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging.
You can send the product back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address. We do not offer this service at the moment. You will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. Once we receive your products back, we would verify that they are new and unused.
Bomber Jackets and Leggings are not eligible for size exchanges; as they are tailored in a customized way for every order.
A total money refund can only be availed in case there is a defect in the product. In case of Cash on Delivery, shipping charges shall not be included in the refund. In case of online payment, refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 7 working days.
International orders (outside India) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
EXCHANGE POLICY FOR BULK ORDERS
Kindly note that the bulk-ordered products are highly user-specific and manufactured in an exclusive manner. Thus, any kind of return which may arise can’t be resold/reused by us and hence, there shall be no provision for exchanging products under this category.
Defective Products:
In case of a manufacturing defect or a design-based discrepancy, you may return your product within the succeeding 7 days of the receipt of the order.
Domestic orders (within India) would be processed within 2 working days and shipped through a domestic courier company.
Most orders are delivered within 10 days from the date of invoice. However, there may be a delay in delivering to remote areas/villages and other towns as delivery is purely vested with courier companies.
If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders.
Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through email.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Frankly Retail Pvt Ltd and its affiliates are committed to delivering the goods to you in time and in good condition. However, Frankly Retail Pvt Ltd and its affiliates have limited liability in case of any loss of goods during transit. The carrier will bear any loss in transit only to extent of a limit that may change from time to time.
We reserve the right to release information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or when required to, by order of a Court or authorized administrative agency.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Since we print our products on order, you shall not be able to cancel your order if it has already been printed. Cancellations can be done before 24 hours of ordering before they can be put under the printing process. You can Whatsapp Here to initiate a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing an order.
In case of cancelling prepaid orders, refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 7 working days.
