Absolutely, you can design merch with paintings or traditional art by uploading a photograph of the canvas after you have cropped it carefully to the content part and removed the white background.
Can I use AI or stock designs from websites like Canva on my Frankly Wearing merch store?
No. Extensive use of AI images, or templated designs from stock-image websites may lead to the suspension of your creator account.
How can I withdraw my earnings?
You can choose UPI or IMPS as your preferred withdrawal method.
Why is it that an order of my design is already delivered but my withdrawable balance has not updated yet?
The creator's earnings from an order become withdrawable once the duration of 5 days has passed after the date of delivery.
What is the ideal resolution recommended for image uploads?
A minimum resolution of 1600 pixels is recommended in both width and height; in order to achieve a clear print on merch products.
Why is my creator account suspended?
Creator accounts that extensively upload copied/infringed, AI-generated, or stock images get irreversibly suspended. A suspended creator account can no longer sell merch, or update the store and its designs.
